The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good work on the breakfast. And so close to downtown that it was an easy walk to get to the 16th St mall.

Very clean and my king size bed was super comfortable. Nice indoor pool & exercise room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Valet parking was $45 for the overnight stay which is nice if you don't wabt to chance on street parking. The valet attendant was very, very nice!!
I ordered delivery food and it arrived super fast to the foyer. The front desk gave me a list of restaurants which was super helpful.,
The only draw back was only one elevator was working.
I would definitely stay here again.

There was no parking for guests. The parking around the hotel, had to pay & the parking either last till 11:59pm or the other 5:59am. Or parking meters that only had 2 hour max limit. Pool was strong of chlorine. Elevator was broke. Ice machine was broke. & Our bathroom sink was clogged.

Hotel location is continent. Street and public parking are good options. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Nice options for breakfast. However, front desk staffs were not friendly nor welcoming.

The room was clean and nice and the customer service was great. However, there were two issues that we ran into. One was the parking, the website said free parking but arriving found out we had to pay for parking. The second was we ran into problems at check-in. My card was charged twice, reimbursed, than got another full stay charge after checkout. The hotel was very courteous though and resolved all the issues. Overall it was a pleasant stay despite the small issues we ran into.

Room was clean, although fridge was a little dinged up. Service smiling and helpful. One elevator down entire stay. I ended up leaving a day early and staff was rude about explaining that since I prepaid with Expedia I was not entitled to any refund, which was fine but could have been explained more graciously.

I was satisfied. I left my jacket after checking out, so I called the hotel 3 times and asked. They don't check it.
