Hampton Inn and Suites Flint/Grand Blanc

Awful never again, people were shooting fire works off outside my window from the parking lot. Children were running wild unsupervised one of which pooped in the pool so my kids didn’t get to swim, at breakfast they ate from the pans with their hands ran wild making a mess ate from the whipped cream bottle with their mouth. I was told no children under 18 can be any where in the hotel without an adult. That rule clearly isn’t followed

The property is well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both nice temperatures, and the towels were restocked. Lots of restaurants nearby, and easy to get to freeway.

The work out room had no signal for the bike or treadmill. Also was disappointed that I had to put down $60 that will take up to 5 days to be returned pending check out.

Very nice property, good selection on the included breakfast, amenities are great. This is a really solid place to stay. I will return as family is in the area.

The service was outstanding. Our initial room had a couple small issues and they quickly moved is into a slightly better room. The included breakfast was fantastic, eggs and protein, waffles with an assortment of toppings and a variety of Continental items, as well as decent coffee. The room was clean and welcoming and the bed comfortable. Even a late evening swim there were plenty of clean towels! The one issue on our first night was a near constant whistling noise which apparently has something to do with air movement around the hallway doors.

Was hoping for a nice peaceful relaxing rest from driving a long distance. Very loud group of kids across the hall, also took over pool with little supervision. So loud I had to leave. Beautifully clean, however evidence of a dried up nasty spit into the bathroom sink - gave me dry heaves when trying to brush my teeth.

I arrived at the hotel and was getting signed in and I asked how to get to the room and the attendant told me they the front door and to the left and I said in so it is ok to walk my dog thru the lobby. She said wait you have a dog that will be $75 extra. I told her we would be away most of the time andthere was no mention of a fee when I added per friendly to my reservation. She said it it a hotel fee not the 3rd party fee and if I would have booked right from the hotel I would have known it. I pay the fee and go to the room. It is not anything special at all. To use the TV it had apps and you had to enter your private information is you pay for the subscriptions. I entered the bathroom and there was a trail of tiny ants going across the floor and the tiles were popping loose from the grout off the walls near the floor There were people running around the room above late at night so I couldn't sleep. I came from Indiana to see my dieing mother in the hospital and this hotel just made everything worse. The smell of Mariana was so strong at times it made me sick. I understand that they can't control everything the guests do but others shouldn't have to endure it.

Property was clean and the staff were always more than willing to help if you had requests or questions.

Lamps missing light bulbs called front desk nobody brought one. Tried to call for towels several times no one would answer the phone after that Friday night. The bathroom door lock did not work in the room. The pool was over chlorinated and bleached my $200 bathing suit.

Kids running up and down hallways all day screaming. Staff took care of it but to many kids out of control.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and rooms are spacious and quiet. Love how conveniently located the hotel is for shopping and dining.
