The staff was very attentive and accommodating the lobby was stocked on a daily with infused water snacks treats and breakfast ran smoothly as well

We could hear the guest across from us having sex, she was really loud. There was an opening at the bottom of our door . I’m assuming there was an opening under theirs as well for us to hear what was going on .

Paid for a king double room, only to get to the hotel and they say that they don't offer those. No refund was granted to me.

The stay was ok. It was short. Just somewhere to stay for a few hour on our route. A little pricy though.The renovations going on was a little annoying as the parking area smelled like manure. The agent checking us in was slow, she claimed she was from another hotel. Checkin took entirely too long. The towels were realky soft and clean.

Construction

Construction was going on and bathrooms were not available and dust was in halls.

The staff was super nice and did all they could accommodate my issues. The problems I had were the noise and the on going construction. I wish I had know they were doing construction before I booked there. The odor from the construction was awful and the noise the first day from the machine was annoying. Also the walls are super thin. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where I can hear the people above simply walking around as if I were in an apartment. I could be the people next to me arguing and had to eventually ask to have my room switched because the family above me had kids running and jumping around. The noise coming from above us was absolutely ridiculous. I hope the new constructed rooms will address the noise issue. The room was decent although the paint was pealing and wall paper coming off the walls in the bathroom. I can tell the shower was not cleaned because there was hair on the shower walls.

I have stayed here twice in past year. Very clean and safe. Staff is amazing!

Our check in was super easy. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good also. Nice property.

Great service, great location convenient to restaurants and shops.

The property was very clean. We were very pleased with the suite. The only improvement would be a comfort height toilet. One more thing - we did not have housekeeping services for a two night stay. That service would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will continue to choose the Hamptin Inn hotels.
