We love our getaways to this hotel. Safe area with restaurants nearby, the hotel is nice and has Jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms (which is what we always book). The breakfast is good and all the staff is helpful and kind.

We booked a room with a jet tub but we didn't get one. They said that is a problem with orbitz. Also the water stopped working for a few hours and there was someone elses hair on the clean towels. Otherwise the room was nice enough.

I was disappointed that my room had neither a mini-fridge nor a microwave oven. While there were coffee cups and various teas in the room, there was no means provided to heat water.
Now, refrigeration isn’t a huge issue in February, but I’m unable to recall a hotel in four countries without both a fridge and a microwave in over twenty years. Surely a property group as large as Hilton can provide them.

We got to the room and the sofa bed cushions were ripped and worn. We folded the sofa bed down and it was very worn and on its last leg. We went swimming and came back to the room to give the kids a bath to warm up and there was no way to stop the water except with a hand towel and there was absolutely no hot water.

Room was dingy, torn and stained couch, holes in lampshade, both headboards were torn up, bed skirts were severely wrinkled, grout in bathroom coming up, no plug for tub, and smelled really bad.
