Everything was excellent except the tile around the pool area is very slippery . May I suggest rubber mats to prevent injuries .

Excellent service at check in and valet service. Housekeeping gladly provided extra towels. Breakfast service was much appreciated. Checkout and valet retrieval were provided at top level efficiency. Large vehicles are no problem for the hotel. I will definitely be staying at this property in the future as well as recommending it to colleagues.

I didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. We had breakfast in the morning and my son burnt his hand on the waffle maker. Although unique, I wish the waffles were already prepared.

Staff was very friendly. Property exterior and interior was in great shape.
Unfortunately, I have literally NEVER been in a room that was SO NASTY in my life.
I’m 47 years old, I’ve been staying in hotels since I was elementary age, so 40 years, and the room I stayed in was THE NASTIEST ROOM I have ever stayed in.
I have many pictures and videos, and will be contacting the motel directly.

The building was not as pictured. When we had arrived, several motel doors were open and people were either inside blasting music or yelling. The entire area was uncomfortable.

The hotel room and other facilities were clean and organized. However, there was a very strong oder of cleaning solution in the room that lasted the whole one- day stay. Also, the barn door style bathroom door was very difficult to move because it dragged on the floor.

The front desk lady was incredibly rude at checkin, including beginning to call up and help the family in line behind me before my credit card was even back in my wallet. The bedding in the room was so gross and when we called to ask for fresh (for us to change ourselves) she told me I’d have to wait because they were in the middle of shift change and then hung up. Well, they never came. My husband went down to the front desk over a half hour later (after 10pm at this point) and she said “whoops I forgot” and was down there chatting with other staff members. We will absolutely never be staying here again.
