I love how housekeeping kept our room clean, even when we would leave our room after 11:00 am. Housekeeping never came and knocked our door. That was amazing!
I loved it! I never called needing something, because housekeeping did an amazing job.

The staff were friendly and more than accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The only negative was no self parking and $50 a day for valet.

We were over charged at check in upon asking for a king bed and not informed of the price increase. I realize I did pay at hotel, however charging someone an extra $100 at check in when already on a tight budget isn't ok

Arrived early from the east coast and they were able to get us a room. Brunch at Snooze was excellent.
Walkable to the Diamondbacks game and a few restaurants.
Overall great place for a night of baseball.

We had an overall pleasant stay. Very close to the convention center and easy to find places to eat. The front desk staff was very hospitable. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast very good.
