Great Location. Room was spacious, comfortable and nice. Water pressure in shower was great. Elevator was quick. Check in and out was easy and smooth. They were able to hold our bags after check out. Great experience, highly recommend.

The check in was simple which I love and the room was very nice. The room came with breakfast which I loved! Only issue I really had was the shower water could have been hotter

This hotel is very new looking and very well-maintained. It’s located right downtown and is walkable to many places. The room is gigantic! Everything is up-to-date, brand new and the room is very large, probably one of the largest hotel rooms that I’ve ever stayed in. We are very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Very kind staff people. Good cleaning and spacious rooms. Big tv. Nice decoration.
Location is far from downtown. It isn’t walkable, you need a car or take the shuttle to get downtown (last service at 8:30 pm only).
Room doesn’t have good lightning and phone didn’t work.
The shower had some issues with the faucet. Poor Cable tv channels of sports.

Parking is HORRIBLE. Either you pay for metered parking, pay $30 for the lot three blocks away, or pay $40 for valet. Nothing on the Expedia website said anything about this. If I had known I would have stayed somewhere else.

Location to ASU is awesome. Traveled to attend son's graduation from Law School.
Floors are not cleaned daily. Breakfast is mediocre.
