Nice property, clean, sleek, courteous staff and comfortable room. The only parking options are valet ($42 a night) or street meter parking. We were not informed about valet procedures so picking up our car was a long and tedious event. The “free” breakfast was ok at best.

I would ask for a room away from the alley as the garbage trucks woke us up a few times. Staff are tremendous! Breakfast is free and very good. New a/c units in the rooms were much quieter than last year. Nice bathroom products too. Pillows were various in type and really good. We asked for a late checkout and they accommodated us with storing our luggage, letting us get it out back and forth to repack etc. They even let us take a shower in our room after checking out as our convention activity ran late.
