The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the pillows! They seemed to be feather pillows but definitely not hard rubber! My main complaint was the lack of maid service on the 2nd day, even though I had requested it. Someone left new towels but that was all. Not a big thing but I would have left a tip. Oh well!

I loved that it was safe as far as needing to use our room key to use the elevator. It was my first trip with my daughter and at first i was kinda scared of just us two traveling but staying in this hotel really removed that fear. Everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for this marvelous experience.
