We were in room 411 and at 4 in the morning we woke up to water running. It sounded like it was right above us. It was somewhat annoying, however when it stopped we were able to go back to sleep.

We loved this property!! The room was phenomenal with no issues at all. Breakfast was better than we could have imagined and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming. We will stay here again!

Good customer service and friendly staff. We asked to switch rooms when we arrived and they accommodated us immediately with no hassle. Even the lady serving breakfast asked how our breakfast was. I would have liked to see breakfast served earlier than 6:30 since I was out by 6 for work each day. I was also bummed the hot tub was filled in with dirt and unusable

Very nice front desk staff, but the room is in terrible condition. See the pictures of the crap facility: whole front of the heater was off, bathroom sink wouldn't drain, bed way, way too soft, there was strange yellow pus dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the roof next to our window was littered with beer cans etc. Our hotels.com room was the furthest possible from the elevator even though I'm a 70+ disabled guest and they wanted to charge for internet access, which wasn't disclosed when I made the reservation.
Breakfast was standard fare but the attending staff was great.

The hotel was just okay, but it’s clearly in need of a full refurbishment. The furniture was old and scuffed, and my bed sheets were actually torn. The bathroom had outdated white tiling and a shower that was yellowing with age. Most shockingly, the hot tub was literally filled with dirt. Based on this experience, I’ll be avoiding Hampton Inns in the future.
