I liked everything about the location, it was close to downtown, which is where I needed to be for work most days. There was plenty to do within walking distance during my downtime.
I had a studio suite with a large mounted TV, mini fridge and microwave. It was quiet with very few disturbances.

you provided no tissues for guest so had to use toilet paper to blow nose
sink and tub drained slowly.
for price of one night i expected more.
also coffee was out by 8:30 and i waited awhile but never replaced coffee.

Not up to par for a Hyatt. No happy hour. Bed uneven. Ice machines seem to nonexistent (thank you to a staff who got me ice from restaurant. It was fine but I expected more from Hyatt.
