Easy access, excellent breakfast and staff. BUT, to charge for parking is ridiculous, we got parking tags to verify our stay so don’t understand the need to charge.

This property needs some major updating. My daughter got two splinters in her bare feet, walking around our carpeted room. I don’t know where the splinter is came from, but obviously it was not vacuumed very well. The edges of the furniture were chipped off, and there were sharp edges sticking out. The bathroom door had water damage. Last, the bed skirts on the beds were too long and stuck out into the room, and I tripped over them in the night and almost hit my head on the wall.
I do wish there had been some fruit offerings at the breakfast in the morning, but that is minor.
Most hotels have a mini fridge in the room, but this one did not.
The staff was great.
The shuttle was very prompt.
I don’t think this particular hotel is indicative of the overall quality of Hampton Inn, but I would definitely not stay here again.

We stayed here for my sister’s BMT graduation and we loved it. First time in San Antonio so this hotel was great in regards to being near a lot of tourist spots. Was close to the AirForce base and their breakfast and Texas shaped waffles were just the cherry on top. Thanks for an amazing stay

Breakfast area empty an hour before ended(6:00 -10:00 am) Asked an employee to refill of waffle mix at 9:00am and she said " not more for today" . We left without my daughter having breakfast .

The property was okay but the staff are very nice and helpful. we’re waiting for shuttle to drop us in the airport I don’t know what happened to the driver but he was I rush and left us in the door. But the lady she was manager or general manager helped us to rich our flight I appreciate your help maam and nice to meeting with you. She is so kind and gentle. Over all staying in Hampton was good.

It was horrible! 1st room on 3rd floor. I am in a wheelchair. Sign posted saying no electricity from 7am to 10am. No elevator. How do i get downstairs. 2nd room water pouring from the ceiling. So had to move again. Had to pay to park in parking lot. Where are you supposed to park??
