We were by the back entrance. Door slammed all night!

Location was good. Staff friendly. Could use some EV charging.

We love this property! We live locally and stay a few times a year for the pool. This year, it was my daughters birthday and the super nice guy at the desk upgraded us to a suite and it was perfect!!! Breakfast was also amazing!

Decent place. I like the location as it is near a lot of stores. I ended up going next-door to the Nordstrom rack when I needed a bathing suit for the hot tub. I like that there’s a pool and a hot tub. There were just a few things that needed fixing in the rooms like the door had light coming through it on the side. I don’t mean the bottom of it… Also the tub had the drain stuck in the closed position. It’s fine though honestly, if they just made a few tweaks, it would be all right. The main issue that will be hard to fix is that the walls are thin I could hear the people next-door talking in their door opening and closing so not that convenient for Sleep purposes. Nice staff. Coffee and breakfast items in the am.

Great stay at the property, was very clean and quiet. Staff was great. One of the elevators was down so we had to go to the other one but it was fine and didn’t cause any problems.

The front desk people were very kind and helpful . Pool was clean and had lots of clean towels. Room was quiet and clean .

Only thing wrong was elevator not working

Very pleased with location, overall hotel, spacious updated double king room. Staff courteous and helpful. My only 2 issues are 1. $10 to park in lot 2. Pet friendly a plus but nowhere on the Hotels.com site nor the Hotel’s site that there was a $75 chg per night. I know because I looked closely. That fee is a dealbreaker for me to stay there again with my pet.

It was a comfort stay. Will come back.

The only thing i did not like was the fridge did not work very well it did not keep things cold or even cool

Everything is good except our room is at the end of the building, a bit too far from elevator

Stayed here multiple tubes for a staycation. Very peaceful and lots of things close by to do.

After spending a delightful, hectic visit with family our quiet night with you was perfect recovery mode.

Insulation isn't ideal, can hear neighbors at normal talking volume

Room #120 has very poor ventilation and is very noisy. During my first night, the room was flooded twice during the night with heavy chemical/detergent fumes that woke me up. Also, I could hear people banging or stomping above the room. The room heater/air conditioner is too loud for this small room.

Staff was very friendly.

The room we were put in is right next to an outdoor entrance and we were awoken both mornings and kept up one night by the exterior door slamming. There was also an extremely strong odor that came into our room one night. We looked outside of our room to find it and it appeared to be from some cleaning that took place in the ice machine, stairwell area next to our room. The smell was very artificial and overwhelming. But we were so tired we couldn't imagine trying to change rooms at that point. I find it odd when the hotel Is quite obviously not full why they would put anyone in a room that is going to receive so much noise and disruption. When we came back to our room at the end of the first day it hadn’t really been cleaned. The beds were made and we had fresh towels but the cups we had used were still there, no fresh ones provided. Our coffee had. It been replaced and our ice bucket did not have a fresh liner. I also find it irritating that they continue to charge for parking. The hotel has its own lot and there is no shortage or spaces. In addition there is no security for the parking lot that I have ever seen, nor any valet. So what are we paying for?

My new favorite hotel in the Seattle area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was great!

This year was our 2nd stay this year. Friendly staff and clean rooms with LVP floors for that extra clean. Unfortunate a that they have implemented a daily parking fee of $10/day. I would rather see more towing of unauthorized vehicles and the use of a free parking pass for guests.
