Hampton Inn and Suites Seattle-North/Lynnwood

The 1st night there were people on the top of us on the 4th floor making a lot of noise. I was very tired to trying to get a rest. There constantly banging the wall sounds like construction zone. I called the front Desk they told quite time starts 10PM. I waited until 10:15pm call the front Desk again and asked for manager and they told manager wouldn’t be available until Monday. She told me if you want leave you can leave I want charge you. I thought that was rude. I told her I have reserved this place you telling me I have to leave now instead of resolving the issues. You should not run this Hotel like night club. You should do your job instead of telling me to leave. Then I hung up the phone.10 minutes later she call back with business like tone.I have told them to be quite. If they did any disturbing noise call me. After that everything went quite. Second night no issues. The place is clean and roomy. Their breakfast is good. I could have give them excellent if they had resolve the issues on the 1st call.

I have stayed at this hotel for well over 20 years - it is my go to hotel in Lynwood for convenience and also cleanliness. It has been remodeled over the years and looks great. My only gripe is that they now charge for parking

Great room, nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good.

Checked in about 9pm after a long two days at the hospital. Went to get into bed and there were blonde hairs in it and little black specks all over and what looked like crumbs. Called front desk, they asked me to take pictures and send to an email for front desk and someone would bring a set of sheets up. Here I am after surgery changing sheets someone dropped off. Also when the neighbor showers it is very loud.

We were in Seattle for doctors appointments. This hotel was wonderful and accommodating. The only thing I was told was that we would not have to pay for parking since we were there for doctors appointments but they did charge me $10 a day for parking, but for Seattle I feel that’s reasonable. We will be staying here again for sure.

Clean, spacious room, breakfast.

After days in a row of intense sightseeing and hiking the staff of this hotel gave us a welcome home awe. We were greeted at the front by name and handed bottles of water. In the mornings at 6am we were able to choose our hot breakfast ready to eat. And, the laundry, while crowded was clean and free. The friendly vibe even carried through the other guests with everyone watching out for one another's laundry. We enjoyed it all from being in the midst of a large shopping area to the sparkling clean hotel athletic center. What a pleasant stay!

Only subtracted 1 star as The main lift, aka as the elevator was broken. But using the stairs is healthy though a bit tough with all your luggage. I treated myself to a suite, and it was wonderful!

The pool area was great, breakfast was good.

Check in process quick. Location great. Beds comfortable. Continental breakfast with variety.

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable (ours had a mini kitchen which helped a lot), and the breakfast was delicious. We were not able to enjoy the pool and spa on this trip, but maybe next time.

Its location easy access on everything.

Location was great. Elevator was out of service. Beds were making cranking noise.
