This was such a great hotel to stay at! It was clean, updated, staff was friendly, my kids loved the pool, breakfast was a great spread, and conveniently located! Will definitely stay here every time we visit Sioux City.

Room was large with sofa and ottomans. Large bottles of lotion, shampoo and liquid soap. Nice hot breakfast. Only downside, one of the elevator broke waiting for parts and another making loud noises. Would recommend this hotel!

The room/hotel was just another Hampton. Clean with a pool and typical breakfast. Great for staying with a family. The staff however… none of them were hospitable. They made you feel like a burden for being there and needing assistance for anything.

Booked this hotel specifically for the grandkids to play in the pool. Unfortunately the pool is not heated and in winter months not enjoyable. So disappointing. Also was surprised that there is no housekeeping during a multinight stay.

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Check in was smooth and the hostess was friendly. We knew the room was clean as it had a strong bleach smell. The was our only complaint though as the bed was comfortable and the facility was quiet after 9 pm. The hotel is in a great spot located very close to the convention center (about 15 minutes away) and to a variety of restaurants (about 5-10 minutes away). We enjoyed our stay.

Shocked by pet fee nearly the same as our room charge. Not disclosed at time of booking. I learned about this at check-in. By that time I could pay the fee or walk away and not get a refund. There's got to a better way here, rather than being held hostage by the hotel to whatever they want to charge

We thought the beds were a little harder than we like, but everything else was awesome! Love the location. Breakfast was great! The whole hotel smelled so fresh, but not like the chemical cleaner/sterile smell. Service was great too!
