I’m not kidding when I say I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in years. I usually wake up at least once, but I slept solidly through the night and even my alarm didn’t wake me up for 4 minutes after it started. I always bring my own brown noise machine, but even still, there was something different about this sleep. The food was also very good and fresh, even though I got there 15 minutes before it closed. And the receptionist and buffet attendants were friendly and great. I will totally stay here again.

The staff at this location were absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen some folks who really love their job that much. They even put eggs out for the kids on Easter morning. The morning breakfast guy was so kind and personable, I had a great conversation with him. The front desk clerks has Happiness radiating from their smiles.

April checked us in when we arrived late for our stay. She was a charm and provided excellent customer service. She helped us one other time late in the evening and was wonderful. She is why I decided to write this review- so very friendly, inviting, and helpful. Keep up the good work. God Bless

Stayed here 3 times and each time the room accommodations got worse. We found mold in and around the mini fridge and hair in the bathroom upon arrival. There’s only one slow and squeaky elevator operating for at least 7 months. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located to what I need access to. It’s also very quiet and located on a nice property.

Nice hotel, great service BUT…
One of the elevator doors was very noisy, making a screeching sound every time it opened & closed. We can hear it down the hall in our room.
The doors to each room slam & closer very loudly. Most people were good about controlling the door, but if they weren’t, the doors would slam. Woke us up early in the morning & it kept happening until we finally left.

The stay was nice, staff very polite, continential breakfast was good. I would have preferred a better shower, the room we had, the shower didn't have a hose attachment, but it did the job, also the 3rd floor ice machine was out of order and the closest one was on the 1st floor back of the building.

I am happy about our stay but there are a couple of things that need improvement. Saturday morning they served Raw uncooked potatoes. And the Squeeling Elevator door is just ridiculously loud.

The staff was very friendly and nice, the breakfast was good. But our room could have been cleaned much better . The bathroom sank was not that clean and the shower could have been cleaned a little better. The sheets was not very clean.
