I’m not kidding when I say I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in years. I usually wake up at least once, but I slept solidly through the night and even my alarm didn’t wake me up for 4 minutes after it started. I always bring my own brown noise machine, but even still, there was something different about this sleep. The food was also very good and fresh, even though I got there 15 minutes before it closed. And the receptionist and buffet attendants were friendly and great. I will totally stay here again.

The staff at this location were absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen some folks who really love their job that much. They even put eggs out for the kids on Easter morning. The morning breakfast guy was so kind and personable, I had a great conversation with him. The front desk clerks has Happiness radiating from their smiles.

I’ve stayed at this property about 15 times over the last 3 years. It’s looking run down with broken tiles, squeaky elevator, and scratches on furniture. Staff nice but I hate that they hide in the back and I can’t check in quickly. I usually lie in the breakfast room to wait for someone to appear after calling out a few times.

There was a sign of roaches! The elevator made a horrible noise when the door opened and closed. An employee told us it was because the owner put in a cheap elevator. The water in the shower did not have a very good stream, not much water pressure.

Needs maintenance done. Only have one elevator working. We were there a month before and the elevator was not working then. They only had one ice maker working on one floor as well. It’s a nice place to stay however it needs maintenance work.

Upon arriving, the attendant was on her phone with her AirPods in when I tried to check in. It took another team member physically making contact with her to get her attention. We didn’t have enough towels or blankets. When I went downstairs, the attendant let me know that we were lucky to get a blanket. Beyond our experiences with the front desk attendant, our room wreaked of men’s cologne each time the air kicked on. I ended up sleeping in the car because of the impact the smell had on my health. I never want to experience another night like that.

The check-in process was fine, and the staff was nice. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Not vacuumed well. Mold on the shower head, and the shower head needs replacing. The desk / TV stand was sticky with drink residue and was not wiped down. Complimentary Breakfast was good.

I have had family stay here in the past and everyone loved it. It is a great property, spacious and comfortable room and an exceptionally nice continental breakfast.
There were a few issues that disappointed us. One of two elevators was out of service for our entire stay as was the ice machine on our floor. The maid service was nonexistent except to swap towels. They left us fewer towels than we had used, left the bathroom trash can unemptied, and cleaned nothing after 3 days.
We still had a nice stay overall. Sorry to see a Hilton let the usual high standards slip.

Stayed here 3 times and each time the room accommodations got worse. We found mold in and around the mini fridge and hair in the bathroom upon arrival. There’s only one slow and squeaky elevator operating for at least 7 months. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located to what I need access to. It’s also very quiet and located on a nice property.
