Safe and pleasant location, a well-appointed and clean room, attentive and pleasant desk staff 24-7, free breakfast, free coffee and tea around the clock in lobby, and small assortment of snacks for sale. The hotel was quiet. I'll stay here again.

Not a great experience. Breakfast that was offered was terrible, we were asked if we wanted room service since we stayed multiple days and no one ever came. The beds were clean but the carpets were pretty dirty.

Our room was not cleaned or attended to with extra towel, our trash was not take, there was alot of homeless persons in the parking areas and the toilets are too low and bed was quite high.

Everything was good. The desk clerk gave me a room away from the freeway in order to secure a quieter stay. Very appreciated. I really like that breakfast is included at Hampton Inns. Quite a complete breakfast with several choices.
