Overdue for remodel

There was significant damage to bathroom door handle, the closet door wouldn’t stay closed, the air conditioner was very loud and when it came on or went off, it sounded as if someone was beating on the wall. Won’t be staying here again.

If you're allergic to mold, mildew, musk, stay away Wallpaper in hallways, ice machine area falling off the walls. Thermostat cover on floor, didn't try to adjust, put the cover back on upside down. Too tired to complain Woke up to a major slippery when wet shower tub Shampoo dispenser completely out of shampoo. Removed the dispenser from wall unit, turning it upside down trying to get anything out of it Threw the my wet towel on the floor, curiously I wiped the floor and as i figured, it to be dirty as well

This was a very rough Hampton. Wall paper was falling off the walls in the hallways. I have stayed here twice about a year apart and had thought the issues were likely resolved, they were not. They were worse.

Staff was not very friendly and barley spoke english that was understandable. Homeless and other unfavorable individuals roaming the parking lot was non too comfortable as well. Above all, the cleanliness was bad. We travel all the time as a family and stay in many hotels. We will not be returning to a Hampton.

Nice room; didn’t realize it was a handicap room so it was very roomy. The A/C was problematic since the fan would not stay on. We experienced cold, hot, cold due the cycling of the air compressor. The bottom sheet was put on inside out so it popped off during the night. The room was well maintained. The staff very accommodating to allow early check in so we could dress for a funeral service. Highly recommend some handicap railing outside of the bath as well as some plastic strips in the bed of the tub to prevent slipping.

Terrible condition. Maybe there was water damage but the wallpaper was completely separated from wall, rooms smelled filthy and floor was warped and filthy. We chose not to stay overnight like we planned after a wedding and drove back home in the middle of the night after the wedding.

The bed was broken in room 217 and made terrible noises every time we moved. The toilet seat was very loose and I almost fell off the toilet. Saying this location needs to be upgraded is an understatement! Woodwork paint in the hallways is filthy. The bathroom caulk is moldy. We love Hamptons but won’t stay at this one again!

The room needed a little TLC, TP holder fell off, not anchored in securely. The wall papper was coming off. Just overall needed some work.

Good beds and breakfast. Keys were ready when we checked in and there was no wait- very much appreciated that as we arrived late and were ready for bed. Eco friendly silverware at breakfast and bath soaps.

The stay was amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Embarrassing. That hotel was overpriced for the condition it was in. If I paid half the price I would have said the same thing.

The double queen suite was such a treat 😍. Spacious and has everything that you may need for both a trip for business or pleasure. Housekeeping services were provided every other day instead of every 2 days and if anything is needed they're sure to accommodate. Front desk greets you as you arrive and offers anything that you may need while you stay. Hats 👒 off to the young ladies that provide excellent customer service and also the young ladies who provide the breakfast 😀!

I liked that property was close to restaurants and conference center. I didn't like that property was not as it appeared in picture. Furniture outdated, dirty and uncomfortable. Building had lots of cracks in ceilings and dirty carpet
