We left our hanging clothes in the closet, had to go back the next day for pickup as lost and found is not available when the service staff have gone home.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful especially helping me with opening the heavy doors .The pool was very clean and inviting Thank you so much for allowing our fur baby. Rosie loved the dog treats. Just wished there was a little grassy area for her to do her business. I brought my own potty bags just incase I be needing them.The kind attendant recommended the near by dog park. It worked out just fine. Rosie was very happy she didn't have to soil your nice landscape rocks! Will definitely recommend your place to all our friends.Thank you for making our stay welcoming; During a stressful medical procedure.Thank you!

First night was not great, no extra blankets in closet, not enough towels. Room was cold that’s why we wanted blanket.
After speaking with staff they went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. I would give 5 stars for nights 2&3! Really loved the cookies!!
