Hampton Inn and Suites Wilmington

Very friendly staff. Clean, welcoming lobby. The rooms are spacious, updated and very clean with well stocked bathrooms.

The morning meals were very good. The coffee was better than other Hamptons we have stayed at. The television system is a sorry piece of electronics. No numbers to work with when looking for a certan program?

The gentleman that checked us in was AWESOME! He was helpful and nice. Friendly! He was also there our third night for the second shift.

Property was well maintained.

PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND QUIET. THE FREE BREAKFAST HAD DIFFERENT OPTIONS EVERY DAY. NICE TO HAVE FREE COFFEE AND TEA AVAILABLE ALL DAY IN THE LOBBY ALONG WITH FREE BOTTLED WATER. WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Clean hotel w/ friendly staff. Nice to have breakfast available--the breakfast chef was so accommodating and friendly. Brian was also super welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. A couple of times we needed front staff, only to find them out front smoking. But overall, would stay here again.

Great staff and stay

Our room was great and the front desk was very so very nice and helpful. All the hotel employees were kind and helpful. The morning breakfast was good and very clean. I’d stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and appreciate the complimentary bottles of water daily.

There for horse show. Checked in on Wednesday and checked out Sunday. Our bed was not made in those 4 days and we were given 2 new towels in 4 days. I’d say housekeeping needs to step up a bit for an $800 stay. Rooms beat up and bathrooms need updating.

Nice, clean hotel. But front desk staff both upon check in and check out were less than friendly. No greetings, distracted with other matters apparently and just a general lack of customer service.

Stayed here with friends to attend an annual Christmas Party. Definitely great experience. Clean & spacious room. Will come back & will recommend this place.

My wheelchair wouldnt roll over the threshold to get out of the bathroom. My partner had to push me out.

Our room was a king standard compared to the picture on line the room was a lot bigger than it was in real life and the t v on the stand sat to left of the bed so u had to lay side ways when in bed to watch t v we Even turned it but that didn’t really help , next time on choosing a room I would make sure that the t v is facing the bottom of the bed if we would ever get a room again other than that it served the purpose

I booked you specifically because I needed a computer in the business center and it has been out of order for a week. Meaning I paid extra for your hotel just for the specific service that was out of order.

All the staff from check in to check out were all very helpful and very nice. It was the best Hampton I have stayed in. Very clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed in room with 2 queen beds,and the room was nice and large. Has at least 55" TV, refrigerator, and storage bins. Breakfast was included in room price, and had many varieties of food. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay there again. The only noise element was from the upstairs. When anybody flushed toilet, you could hear a awful noise, but it didn;t last long! My sister also stayed there, and her room was nice, but they had a standard king, and their room seemed half the size of ours, and the TV placement was to the side of bed instead of front of bed. They didn;t like that, but didn;t say anything. Other than that. Excellent hotel

Everything was great..they gave away free water abd cookies..breakfast bar was nice..room was very nice
