My sister, niece, and I stayed here to have some special family time. We had a great time! The pool and the hot tub were both really clean.
The beds could be a tiny bit more comfortable but overall we had a great experience. The hotel is clean and the staff is really accommodating and friendly.

What a great place! The staff were all very friendly and professional. They acknowledged everyone just as we walked past the front desk. The property and rooms were clean. In the morning the breakfast was warm and tasty! I will go back on my next visit to Asheville!
It seems silly but the only thing I'd add to their 24 hour coffee bar (thank you) would be other flavored creamers. Not every one likes French Vanilla. 😀

We came to Asheville NC to visit the Biltmore Estate. The hotel was a 15 minute drive away. Our room and the bathroom was spacious and nicely clean. The desk clerk was friendly and directed us to a nearby restaurant for dinner. We soaked in the hot tub just before bedtime and slept like babes. Breakfast was hot with lots of variety.

The property was clean and the pool and hot tub are great! I abhorred the sink in the bathroom- it is set at an angle and water goes everywhere! Not a functional design whatsoever.
