We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The night desk hostess went beyond helpful by willingly storing our travel freezer packs in her freezer.
The only improvement would be to secure the toilet seat in our room (304). It was very loose!

Absolutely Stunning! Room was gorgeous, no problems what so ever. The front desk people were really engaging, and definitely made me feel welcome.

ur room - ice bucket and cups. We asked front desk for an ice bucket and her response was somewhat nonchalant. The pool and hot tub were closed for
Maintenance which was not an issue at all. There were 2 elevators but only one was in service so things moved slowly.

Sofa bed mattress was filthy and stained-no pillows for soda bed-part of baseboard peeling off wall, rust on lamp base on desk…was shocked-this hotel has gone down hill…no shampoo in shower stall…not staying here again…

Had to change rooms right away due to bathroom door not closing and TV not working. Second room was not much better - rusted fixtures, dirty carpet, outlets in bathroom didn’t work, lamp in the desk was rusty. This hotel is relatively new but all furnishings and fixtures are used and nasty.

Stay was good. Breakfast was not great. Was told that truck didnt deliver yogurt so, no yogurt both days. On day two was told same thing but the added bagged chicken sandwiches and they were really stingy with milk. Had to ask for milk, it was removed from refrigerator an hour early.

The hotel is very overpriced and worn out. They also charged a pet fee that was not revealed ahead of time and was not refundable. Many times there was no staff at the front desk. Bad management.

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The lady in the kitchen was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get her name. She gave it to me I can’t remember her name. This is a place that I will visit again. Very nice and comfortable. A little pricey then the surrounding place. The pool was not open.
