Hampton Inn Bismarck

For a company that is specifically made for hospitality did not feel very hospitable coming into the hotel. I felt more like an inconvenience walking in the door to check in. The same front desk attendant happen to be on shift when I asked for more towels and again I felt like a huge inconvenience.

Very clean

It was a nice clean hotel. The breakfast was awesome. It was very close to the Space Aliens Restaurant which was great for families and there is a 21 and up area too. Also close to the Egyptian decorated Grand theater.

McKenna,Maddie,& Tate were amazing! I had a complete meltdown at the front desk when I realized I booked the wrong Hampton after a very stressful week. They were ALL so kind and helpful to get us a room for our extra needs. Breakfast was good. Christmas decorations were beautiful.

It was a trip for my husband and myself just some time to get away and recharge.

The guy at check in was not helpful at all and was rude. Tried to get our rooms(3) close or even on the same floor and he wouldn't even look. We were the 1st ones to check in Friday and you were not even full and he did not even try. He was too busy on his own phone buying things. Also I had called ahead to use the "meeting" room for an afternoon and was told it was booked all wknd and it was not - we did ask again Saturday and we did get it for a couple hours. Also my daughter in law asked for extra towels and his response was "are you sure" and moaned and groaned the whole time he went to grab a few! We liked the hotel overall but VERy disappointed in him(he worked late day shift Friday and Saturday. Even my 4 year old grandson said " Grandma he's rude" Sad

Two night stay. Room was not cleaned/ no clean towels provided. No shampoo in room. Second night, Jr high Hockey teams moved in. Our room was in the center of teams. Staff should have had foresight to provide a quiet corner of rooms away from the parties for those not in that crowd. We moved rooms. Kids were running halls until midnight. Parents drinking party in the lobby area. Disappointed

Front desk rude

It was quite disappointing to see that the front desk staff seemed more focused on watching a football video rather than prioritizing guest check-ins.

Room was nice, good breakfast, and quiet.Staff wasn’t overly friendly but I had limited time with them so it was fine

Nice staff and great place to stay

The containers for the bathroom hygiene products were empty. The employee that checked me in was rude. Also the beds feel like too pieces of cardboard with spings in-between. Very weak springs might i add. The breakfast was great very many options to choose from and the pool was ok

It was nice

Polite gentleman checked us into the hotel. The room was very nice. And we were able to catch up on some rest. The neighborhood is quiet and so the room.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice sized room, very clean and quiet. I appreciated all the outlets so we could recharge devices overnight. The only thing that gave us pause was how to change the tub faucet to the shower head. Luckily there was a little sticker with instructions or we’d have never figured it out. It was a different type of faucet than we’ve ever encountered in previous travels. No regrets paying a bit more to stay here.

Exception front desk staff.

Hotel is extremely clean and rooms are excellent!! When in Bismark again this is now o oh hotel I would want to stay at! Staff was all friendly and nice. Breakfast was delicious and a variety. Also, my kids loved the pool and hot tub!
