Nice room. Bathroom gets a little wet and slick when taking a shower but other than that all was ok

the hotel was great the kids loved breakfast....staff was friendly

Very clean and staff was very friendly at check in and check out...lady at breakfast lane not to friendly bcuz they were closing

the pool was closed and the floors in the room were dirty and the door was not secure enough

This hotel is wonderful! Our room was so clean, and the bed was super comfortable with crisp, white bedding. The free breakfast was the best we’ve had at any hotel. Our stay was 10 out of 10!

Always great service!

Customer service was extremely rude and obnoxious, talking over me, when asked to explain why I was charged $75 pet fee when Expedia said $50. The woman was argumentative and completely out of line. They would not honor the amount on Expedia but that is not the reason I will not book here again.

Overall the quick stay was fine. Only issue was breakfast was supposed to last till 10 on a Sunday and the staff was clearing out, putting up, and unplugging the food at 9:30-9:40. Had to ask for several things that they had taken and put away. If your breakfast is posted until 10am, leave it out for the customers until then. A group of firefighters staying at the hotel didn’t get much of anything because it was all put up.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, only thing slightly inconvenient was the doors shut loudly and can be heard at night but it wasn’t terrible

Excellent stay

Check in was fine, room is outdated and needs work, bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Rails in elevator were broken. Tub in room was very slick. Hot water was lacking. Overall I probably won’t stay here again. I expected a little better from Hampton

Booked a room for one night for a basketball tournament, when we arrived I asked to book for another night. The lady at the front office said I couldn’t book there that I had to go through Expedia. They charged me 175 for incidentals hold and pet fee. When I booked for another night the lady said I had to move rooms because the room booked for second night was a premium, she then charged me another 135 for incidentals holding and per fee again. I asked to stay in same room because it was literally the same but she said that I couldn’t! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it’s runner down and the service at the front desk is terrible.

We had light bulbs out blinds wouldn't work properly heat was ok but unit rattled horribly wont stay again prices were high for how crappy hotel was do not recommend

The Front Desk clerk was more interested in his phone conversation than checking me in.

Mostly good but no hot water for shower at 4am Sunday, one at front desk to check out with, had to take stopper out of shower drain to get the water to go down.

Terrific staff and always enjoy our stay here.
