Room was very clean compared to Ramada (a dump) and Stoney Creek.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Wish they had full-size pillows, but no big deal. If you like a firm pillow, BYO.

Check in and check out quick easy and friendly. Breakfast great Amenities great. Only suggestion since TV remote did not have a channel guide selection , provide written channel guide in room. The front desk did provide one when I asked

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The hotel ( Hampton Inn off I 70) could use some updating, but not badly. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Sounds like they will be doing some updating.

Ceiling in bathroom was leaking over the shower and unfortunately nothing could be done to correct it. The manger was kind though and gave us some points.

There was water dripping into a garbage can from the second floor into the dining room on the first floor. We were on the top floor and there was water on the floor between the toilet and shower. I am not saying it is the same water since our room was not directly above it but they clearly need to fix the plumbing.
The front staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great staff. Very clean room and major areas of hotel. Nice fitness room open 24 hrs. Worth the money we paid to stay there. Will go back again if in the area.

Shower pressure was minimal due to shower diverter pull not engaging completely so most of the water flow still came from faucet vs shower head. Tub filled while showering despite drain plug being pulled up. Took 15 minutes for tub to drain.
