Stayed for 3 day weekend. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and when we asked for clean towels and sheets they were taken care of while we were out hiking at Watkins Glen.

I expect nothing but smooth sailing when I book at Hampton Inn and as usual these delivered seamlessly! From check in to check out the staff was excellent, the room was clean and tidy and had plenty of towels.

Booked a jacuzzi room which was exactly as pictured and worked great. Fairly clean, great selection for the free breakfast. Overall very pleased and will be back

The free breakfast was worth making this hotel my choice for a Fall season break to travel to the local waterfalls. Free WiFi and free parking! Will come back. Thank you to Kelly who resolved issue for us in heated whirlpool.
Day staff at the front desk could have been friendlier. No one greeted or welcomed us when we came in.
