Good

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Fitness center was convenient and complementary breakfast was very nice. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Room was nice and clean but had to ask for towels because didn’t have room service a couple days.

Nice place that is clean with super comfortable beds The price keeps out all the people who are from the wrong side of town

My room was super tiny for lots of money.

We were on a bicycle trip through the Iron Range and this place was easy to find and the staff was incredibly supportive of our needs. Will stay there again.

Pool was dirty and then closed down the next day. Bed was not comfortable. Everything was a little run down. Breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast. Just kind of run down for the price.

Clean, great service, excellent breakfast.

The hotel was comfortable. My main issue was that there were no restaurants close by, and no room service was offered.

All and all is fine

I would absolutely stay here again. The bed wasn’t amazing but comfortable enough to get a full nights sleep. Staff was very nice. Decent breakfast options. Room was big and clean. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kiddo especially with how cold it was outside while there

Very accommodating, great stay. We travel to Hibning to see family once or twice a year and always stay here. All the e.ployues are helpful amd friendly. The employee managing the vreakfast area this weekend was super nice and cheerful!

HVAC system was loud enough to disturb sleep. East 2 nd floor stairs door needs hinge adjustment. Scrapes and cracks loudly. Trash in stairwell. Rooms very nice.

Not much for alternatives, but it was good for a couple of days.

The room was very nice & clean. Cozy & comfortable. The only thing I wasnt a huge fan of (not a big deal though) was flushing the toilet. It was super loud and noise came from the tub drain while flushing. Other than that, the property itself was very great. Good breakfast and nice staff. Super comfy pillows and bed. Calling into the hotel, you get connected to an automated system. I wasnt able to get through to the staff on site. That was annoying. I wanted to confirm my booking on their end because I booked theough expedia, and they said I needed to check my email for the confirmation...which I did prior to calling... but it was from Expedia, not the hotel itself. So it was a guessing game until I actually arrived.

The morning staff was not welcoming.
