So clean! Such a nice hotel! Staff was wonderful also. Will definitely stay there again.

TV didn’t work properly, move to another room and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. Just gave up and went to bed. It’s an older building and things are going to wear out but they should be fixed. I didn’t get the sense that building maintenance was pertinent to management.

We often stay at the Hampton in Hutchinson, KS. It’s always a clean, comfortable place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Would stay there again.

The entry door to the room had a half inch gap when closed that you could see into the hallway or others could see into the room. The curtains near the window were stained from the ac unit and the window was unlocked with access to the roof of the front of the canopy. Being on the second floor it was easy to see footprints from people being on the roof and accessing the rooms. This is the first time I have ever used items in the room to barricade the door. After a long evening of travel, I did not seek a room change as it seemed like most of the rooms on the floor were set up similarly and occupancy was very low. My employer booked this stay, so it is what it is.

Bathroom door lock broken Elevator has a sign suggesting using the stairs due to it being “inconsistent “ I’m not sure exactly what that means when they put us on the 3rd floor and directed us to the elevator with no explanation at all The elevator also had a mastery liquid leaking from the ceiling. The peep hole on the door was so loose you could unscrew it from the outside of the door. My husband fixed that himself Staff was friendly and that’s the only thing that saved this stay.

The gal checking us in was pleasant enough, but her naked skin roll was showing between her shirt and the top of her pants. Very unprofessional.

The studio was ample and accommodating for all guests and plenty of towels, pillows and comfy fold out bed. Television had a great output with sound and picture. Fridge was hidden behind door on entertainment center and served its purpose.

Train runs close by and you can hear it all night long

We stayed in this Hampton Inn for the Kansas state high school football championship games. We were pleased with the location as it was a very short drive to the stadium. The morning breakfast was good with warm coffee and juices. We explored a bit of the downtown while we were in town and discovered a few good candy stores and gift shops.

My room close to door since I had a broken foot and near breakfast room.

Nice place to stay, very comfortable.

Very Nice staff. Good breakfast. Great kitchen flow Able to move. Only problem Traffic bit loud.
