Hampton Inn I-75 Lexington/Hamburg Area

We had a room next to elevator and it was very noisy. Also, there was a noise that was intermittent thst we couldn't identify, however, t was very loud. We would ask for a room away from elevator next time.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I always stay here when I am in Lexington

Bedroom carpet was filthy; the rest of the property seemed clean.

This hotel is okay, it smelled a little musty, especially in the elevator. The rooms were nice enough, but the beds were very noisy and squeaky. It was decent, nothing to complain about.

A/C didn’t work propeerly

The room is filthy. Smells like a dog salon in here. The chair has a hole in it and the wall has a bite mark in it. Disgusting. I'm all for pet friendly hotels, but this is bad.

Hampton Inn is always wonderful stay and especially hot breakfast

Clean, quiet premises. Convenient location to I75. Easy on and off. Friendly staff. Better than average breakfast.

When I arrived at the desk, the gentleman that was working was just stiff and steel I felt unwanted. It was also another man in the lobby. Speechless. Just seemed the code. I just didn’t feel comfortable. I wanted to hurry up and check in so I could just go to my room the TV experience I didn’t get a chance to watch any good movie. I had my seven-year-old granddaughter with me. I was attending my daughter’s wedding the next day. The room was very clean. Everything was nice and orderly in the room. Nothing for my seven-year-old granddaughter to watch on TV and to be honest I really wouldn’t pick that one. The next time I had to pick that one because it was six minutes away from the church that my daughter was getting married at, but I’m really sorry that I didn’t have a good experience

Nice property

The place overall needs a revamp. Carpetting on floor was filthy, tub was slippery and not enough towels. Needed more lighting. But beds were comfy & clean, the staff friendly & helpful and breakfast all 3 mornings were awesome

Hotel rooms, had filthy bathroom floors. we had reserved in numerous rooms and everybody noted it! It was like the cleaning solution had not been washed off. Also some had only wash clothes, no towels. The linens had not been replenished apparently.

I always enjoy Hampton/Hilton and the service and breakfast was great. The sheets and pillow cases on my bed had some brownish and yellowish spots on them, and that kind of made me not want to sleep in the bed, so I slept on top, as I am not sure these were a clean change of sheets.

Easy access. Easy parking. Plenty of food choices near the area. Tijuana Flats was our choice. Check in was easy and a pleasant desk clerk. The heated pool was clean and convenient.

The property was very nice and kept up well. The carpet in the room needs to be taken up. It felt damp all the time (we even turned the a/c down to help) I always try to wear some kind of shoes, but I didn’t the first night and when I got in the shower (which was newly updated) my feet were so dirty the dirt was washing off. I couldn’t Relieve it
