They were great. Breakfast was busy and they were willing to make more even towards the end.

I loved the hospitality and the cozy feel of the place.

I wasn't happy that I tried to get adjoining rooms with family and was told that I would have to contact Expedia to cancel my existing reservation that was already paid for - they would issue a refund and I could rebook directly. So, I kept my existing room which was a floor below my family. The lobby smelled like smoke, so I was pleasantly surprised that my room did not smell - The bad thing about my room was the extremely loud heater going on and off all night. And, the bathroom was very dark as the vanity light was not working. I basically had to apply makeup in the dark. Would not recommend this hotel....!!!

Comfortable and cozy. The staff was attentive and helpful. There lobby was clean and cozy with a nice fireplace to sit around.

Nice hotel with big rooms and great ammenities. If only the beds werent so hard.

Property was well lit. People were friendly.

Everything was fine. I did notice a few lights out on one of your signs but otherwise it was good. One thing I was surprised about was the $50/pet charge. That is double what everyone else charges. I’m thinking that Hampton Inn is trying to discourage people with pets staying at their hotel.

Our room was clean and fully stocked, the breakfast was hot with many options.

Great property and location

Clean rooms and facility. Nice staff, easy access, plenty of parking and dog friendly! The room was very quiet and comfy beds. Great toiletries.

Very nice stay

We arrived late in the evening and the person at the desk was very helpful and gave us a list of restaurants that would still be open. Loved the fresh cookies on arrival.

Over all good

Very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly. We had no complaints at all! I love finding a hotel that feels clean and like home.

Close to shopping and close to the hospitals

Good stay

My husband had an overnight stay at a hospital nearby. I was able to get a good night sleep as going home wasn't on option because we live too far away. When he was released at 6:00 AM from that, he was able to get almost 6 hours more sleep in our room because checkout time is at noon! A win/win for both of us!
