Hampton Inn Jackson/Flowood Airport Area MS

Upon going into the bathroom, the shower had 2 dirty towels still on the tub, the tub mat wasn’t put back in the tub, and the showerhead had water spewing out of it uncontrollably.

Extremely disappointed with how dirty and run down my room was. Front desk girl offered me a new room promising that was not their standard, only to be put in another room with a disgusting shower. I do not recommend staying here!

Comfortable bed very clean great value close to everything

Bed was comfortable . Staff were friendly and generally helpful. However I got a text that my flight was delayed by over two hours and I requested to stay a little longer past check out time but was told I had to check out at the set check out time. This is unusual as most hotels will let you stay at least an hour pass check if you need it.

When booking it doesn’t say thru are under construction. The front desk didn’t say they were having construction done until after I paid and it started around 5 in the morning waking me up out my sleep on the next floor.

Great stay and great lady at the front desk. Property was clean and I would stay here again when visiting Jackson.

Indoor pool was NOT heated. It’s November and we selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool. My kids did not enjoy it. )-:

This is the third time my grandchildren and I have stayed at this particular hotel. It has an indoor pool which the kids are sold on. The staff are exceptional! They are so accommodating and after a long drive I was so thankful for wonderful service. We never want to leave.

It needs to be updated. It looks like it hasn’t been updated in 15 years. Also it seems like it could use a deep cleaning everywhere. The staff were polite but did not go out of their way to assist you.

I stay here every time I’m in flowood. It’s usually top notch. The staff is always friendly. The shower was extremely hard to turn on. The lever you pull up wouldn’t budge it took some work. Once we got it up the water came out of the shower and the tub spout at the same time. So shower pressure wasn’t good. The rooms need some updating the carpet in our room 317 was ripped and stained. The beds were comfortable and clean, however the pillows suck! Usually they have a verity of soft and firm pillows but the ones in our room were flat as a pancake. I woke up with severe neck pain. So bring your own pillow if you can. Breakfast definitely improved this stay. The eggs usually had no taste in the past. Seriously no taste at all not even in the yolk. This time you could actually taste the egg. Waffles were wonderful as well as the omelette.

Easy accessibility and clean rooms

Great staff! Extremely nice and helpful. ok breakfast (waffle and fruit were great. Sausage tastes like paper towel. Eggs taste like water). Worst part was the arm full of bed bug bites I left with. Other than that it was a pretty good stay.

Great hotel location and room accommodations. Walk-in shower is a huge plus.

Very convenient to the CelticFest on the Ross Barnett Reservior. At the same time it was very close to a lot of good quality restaurants.

Nice place to stay. Always try to stay here when we come to Jax
