Super clean,, great staff.. love that theres coffee 24/7. Staff offered us to borrow his umbrella when we were stuck without one trying to get to the car. Great stay!

The best deal for the money near the Knoxville Airport. Very friendly people -- especially the manager and the lady who picked us up at the airport and who was serving breakfast. All the amenities in your room, solid TV options, strong internet, GREAT breakfast, including amazing biscuits. Never tasted better biscuits at a hotel breakfast, I'll say that. A++++

Staff was helpful and courteous. The airport shuttle pickup service runs until midnight, which was perfect for my late arrival.
The room was clean and comfortable.
