Hampton Inn La Junta

Loved the pool, hot tub and free breakfast! Clean room and comfy bed and pillows.

Came to La Junta for regional college wrestling.

There was obvious construction in progress aroundbthe property which was fine but the room we were placed in was dirty missing wall trim, with a hole in the shade, light switches didnt work or there werent any for the bathroom fan or shower lights. There were ants in the room when we woke up and i found them by getting bit. The kitchen area for breakfast was very dirty from guests. The hot tub and pool and gross water dripping into them with plastic cups covering the faucets. There werent any clean towels in the pool area either with trash all over and dirty towels. I choose Hampton Inn for the safety and cleanliness and choose to pay more for the amenities and this one was a terrible experience.

The hotel was very nice. It is close to the railroad tracks and we did hear a few train whistles.

A lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. It's recent;ly been renovated and the beds are so comfy. It's very clean with a highly efficient housekeeping team.

The staff was excellent, property was clean, and everything was nice!

Comfortable beds

There was no notice of property being under construction and or renovations. Very noisy through stairwell with carpet being replaced. A lot of dirt, debris and supplies all thru out All stairwells. Old pictures and chairs from rooms that were being replaced I’m guessing, just lined the back side of the building. I had asked staff about them and she said they were for sale to the public????

$182 in 7000 people la junta and only $100 in Pueblo, both mid week over night stay is highway robbery!

Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful, as was the morning staff in charge of the breakfast.

This was a last minute stay for us. Our toddler was absolutely done after a 14 hour drive and then he proceeded to wake up super early. We didn’t want to disturb our sleeping neighbors so we went to the lobby. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and compassion. Definitely will be back.

We could tell there is some remodeling going on but the supplies were not in the way and everything was clean! THis is the first hotel I have been to in the past year that had a working hot tub and pool! It was nice and the staff was awesome!!
