I liked it because it was close to my family’s home. That’s the main reason we stayed there. There’s a shopping center right next to it in walking distance. We were grossed out with how filthy the room carpets were, and that was in 3 of the 5 rooms we booked. There was also a strong musty smell. I don’t know how old it is, but it definitely needs some TLC.

Estuvimos 5 días y 4 noches y solo hicieron la limpieza una sola vez a pesar de que pedí desde que llegué que la hicieran diario y las recámara un pequeña y la limpieza no muy buena

Las persianas blackout no servían y las reportamos varias veces. Jamás lo solucionaron Solo llevábamos un auto y lo Cobraron estacionamiento a varias habitaciones. Estamos en trámite de reembolso

Muy mal ; no te aclaran que harán el aseo cada 2 días. Me dijeron al dia siguiente en la noche que no habia personal ;tuve que pedir toallas limpias y bolsas de basura cuando di el check out me dijeron que esa informacion venia en el cartoncito donde te dan las llaves. Hable ayer por telefono; que la manager dijo, que no se podia hacer nada ; porque lo compre por EXPEDIA ; y que fue un precio con descuento. Que el precio con ellos era mas alto. Yo lo compre con ustedes porque soy cliente de ustedes SUGERENCIA : Borren de su sistema éste HOTEL
