I didn’t like the parking fee I was charged for without my knowledge. The walls were thin, so we heard noise all evening and night. Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast either. The hot items like eggs and potatoes were cold by 9:30. Price was good but other than that I wouldn’t recommend it.

I can’t remember the last hotel i stayed in that housekeeping came during the stay. Not only did she clean room, in fact better than when we arrived, she ( I did ask if it was a she/he) folded my daughters blanket. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of option. Would stay again.

Staff did not provide a copy of the final charge nor have I received any on my email. Do not know if the charges are the same as when reserved thru the booking agent. People traveling with me received a final bill with changes almost doubled from the booking reservation. If need to dispute any added changes in a timely manner I need to be provided a copy of my bill at time of check out.

Bathroom was dirty when I checked in, I cleaned it myself, the seal on the door was busted and broken on the bottom of the door, there were cracks and water damage on the ceilings and the floor had stains and uneven.
I stay at Hampton in all the time and that won’t change I just had a rough room this time. The staff was wonderful and friendly!
