Hampton Inn Moab

Very nice hotel. Very clean, beautiful room. The outdoor pet area was minimal and not clean. I would have given the hotel five stars, but the front desk worker was efficient but unfriendly and unwelcoming. I would stay there again, however, in a heartbeat.

Room was good. Air conditioner was noisy. Sorry but Breakfast buffet was terrible. Overcooked and greasy.

Enjoyed the stay. 10 min from Arches National Park. 5 min from Colorado River park. Excellent continental breakfast.

There was NO soap in the shower soap dispenser only discovered when I was in the shower.

Easy access to the National Parks

Wonderful place to stay!

Good value Large clean room

Quiet, comfortable, safe, easy parking and close to everything!

Cons: Pillows had some red staining and bed a yellow stain towards the middle on the sheet. Bathroom smelled horrible like someone had just gone before we arrived. The A/C would click 10-15 times off and on throughout the entire stay periodically maybe every 45 minutes or so. Rooms were loud, we had to whisper considering we could hear everyone else’s business. Good: Parking was easy, check in was easy, and the building was kept clean. Breakfast from 6-10 am Close to everything and across from a maverik.

Mix up on room. Reservations via email stated accessible. I ordered walk in shower or handicapped accessible. Hotel staff stated reservation did not specify specific needs. So only room available was hearing impaired. Was unable to take a shower. Error on part of Hotels.com.

The best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. Appears to be completely renovated. Nothing better anywhere

Loved this hotel, great location to stay when seeing Archers & Canyonlands Parks. Food was good & loved the free “to-go” bags with snacks & water. Would have liked to see recycle bins available.

Friendly staff, easy check in and clean rooms.

The check in process was horrendous but once we had a room key by the second night of our three night stay, the remaining staff was polite. The other issue was that unless we slammed our room door shut, it would not latch, felt like a little bit of a security issue.

The front desk staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. I was not happy with how warm the bed comforter was, but I found a lighter blanket in the closet that was perfect. Convinient location to all attractions.

The person who checked us in was very difficult to work with. We had reserved 2 rooms and I asked if we could get adjoining. She said “no we don’t have adjoining rooms”. It turns out the rooms assigned WERE adjoined, so that was odd. When we got to the rooms they were smaller than i thought I had reserved. We called the front desk and inquired if there was a chance for us to upgrade to the larger rooms. She immediately shut me down saying they were completely booked. Had a hard time trusting her because of the previous interaction, but we stayed in the smaller rooms and it was fine. One of our rooms was completely out of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise the rooms were clean, well appointed and comfy. However not sure if we would stay again due to the difficult person at the front desk.
