Hampton Inn Newark Airport

Clean everything. I totally enjoyed my stay except only one elevator was functional the entire 3 nights i spent there, so there was delay going to and from your room to the lobby. Staff was okay, not overly friendly but no issue with that. Had variety items for breakfast, but there warmers don't keep the food hot for latecomers. Overall, i enjoyed my stay.

I liked the shuttle, the air train so close to the hotel and it's convenience because of how close it is to the airport.

The shuttle did not show up even though it was scheduled; had to call an Uber not to be late for flight.

The hotel clerk denied the existence of the prepaid booking, receipt notwithstanding . We had to go somewhere else. No way to get help from hotels.com . It used to be you called them and they called the hotel. Imagine that. Human labor.

LOVED my stay here!! It was such a great hotel. Very comfortable and quaint. I felt safe it was a great location, between queens, Bronx and Long Island. Delicious daily free breakfast. The only negative i can think would be the lack of laundry. But that’s definitely not a deal breaker. Would recommend highly!!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Half the TV channels didn't work. Breakfast was very good with a large selection. It's a pain to get to Terminal A so had to take a cab, but I guess that is the Airports fault, while it may have looked good on paper, that air train broohaha you have to go through is ridiculous.

Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day, we booked so we could take the free shuttle back to the airport, staff was very friendly and understanding that we were very tired and needing a goods nights rest to be up to catch the shuttle at 4:30 am!! They even had a ToGo breakfast bag for use to take with us..

It was good stay with family. Worth the price

Shuttle bus from the airport was convenient. Front desk staff was professional. The elevator was being fixed and there was no signs related to long delays waiting at the elevator

We chose this hotel because it has an airport shuttle. But the shuttle did not work for us. 1) We had an early flight, but because the bus runs only on the half-hour and drops you at the air train instead of the terminals, we would have needed to add an additional 45+ minutes to get to the airport. 2) We had a lot of heavy luggage, not getting a ride to the place we needed to check in would prove a real hassle: we would need to schlep it up the escalator (or wait in a long line for the elevator) to get up to the train platform, fit us and our luggage onto one train cars, schlep it down the escalator (or wait in a long line for the elevator) to get down to the airport, and then schlep it up the escalator (or wait in a long line for the elevator) to get up to the level to check out bags. In short, the service was so unhelpful we took a Lyft instead.

Nice location, shuttle only drops you at sky train not at the terminal. All in all it was clean and quiet and check in was quick.

Before going to Bonaire we need to stop in Nework For a long time we stay there and the experience is always very nice!

Shuttle bus seats were falling apart.

I loved everything about the hotel and staff. It’s just the area is much louder than anticipated but still I know I’m still going to enjoy my time because I have no true complaints. Easy access to rideshares, local restaurants, and airport.

Proximity to the airport with a regular shuttle schedule. The room layout is very functional.

The bed was collapsed/sagging. The hotel couldn’t provide us with more pillows. The bath and bathroom were clean and great. Breakfast quite good. But they ran out of coffee. Quite quiet
