Misleading and Poor Service
This hotel is nowhere near Hampton standards. I selected “free parking” on Expedia, but was charged at check-in without clear explanation—no car info was taken, no pass given. Feels like a scam.
Also, no bath towels in the room, and it took too long to get some from the front desk. Staff even questioned if I checked properly. Totally unprofessional.

It’s a good hotel to stay for a quick visit. Our AC room was making noise and we kept it off. The weather conditions helped us but during the summer it would be a problem.
Front desk staff was not polite enough to say “good morning “ but still okay.
Breakfast was very good. Overall I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from the airport and they offered shuttle service.
