Not a good experience. 4 people were in front of me during check in and I was standing there waited for 30-40 minutes to check in.
Shuttle bus service is not good. Always full , you can’t even make reservation.

The cleaning crew and kitchen crew were nice and friendly but the front desk not so much. The maintenance guy walking around with work tools and yelling on the hallway and elevator are didn't make me feel safe. My biggest upset was the front desk weren't friendly and they seemed to be bothered if asked for directions about where to go eat or explain how to get to New York City.
