My wife and I stayed at the hotel for one night after our flight. The hotel is located about 7 minutes drive from the airport. We liked our spacious cosy and clean room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was quick, kind and helpful.

Internet was working this time so a great stay. The only caution is if you are going to terminal A do not use shuttle. Get uber. Train doesn’t go to terminal A where they drop you off!

They wouldn’t consider a refund even after explaining that the program I was flying for changed airports due to the situation at the Newark airport. Very poor customer service.

No diet coke for sale but had it free for elite members. Had to argue with them that it was their problem and just sell me one the elite diet Coke behind the counter. I got the just this once response from them. That was rude.

Never stay in this terrible hotel. I just take a look inside check the room even didn't check in everything was very dirty staff was very rude. I left this terrible hotel and get another room in APA hotel 17 miles away. And hotel management didn't refund my money. Stay away from this place.
