Nice clan property and great service

Checking in system was very very slow with the new upgraded system many issues...

Clean hotel.

The hotel was overbooked and did not have a room for us either of the nights we had a reservation for.

We booked over 4 months in advance. When we arrived at the property they informed us that they overbooked the hotel by 8 rooms and we could not stay there.

The man who took care of the breakfast was the best!

bath ceiling was badly damaged and poorly patched, felt like an old motor court, paid 149, should have been 49.

Place was booked when I got there, so no point in reserving ahead of time. Luckily there was a room that met my needs. This review would've been worse had there not been a room available. Overall good property, clean and good amenities. Staff needs to be better trained. Front desk people were all over the place didn't know too much about what was going on. Only 1 person to run and get towels and sheet during off hours. The breakfast guy spent a lot of time complaining about having to work made it awkward as we ate our breakfast. Probably won't be staying here again.

Have stayed here in the past. Quiet clean accomodations. Justin our breakfast host was very personable and efficient.

They overbooked the rooms so after four hours of driving, in the middle of the night, me and my daughter didn’t have a room.

I prepaid a queen room and when we got there at 11 pm they had to check six different rooms to see if they could be used! Seems like if i prepaid, the room should be set aside and be ready for occupancy.

There was a few hiccups. No plates at breakfast, ran out of pool towels. It seems this hotel isnt super prepared for large parties. The staff was willing to meet your needs to the best of their ability. The pool area is pretty small but the hot tub was a good size. There was plenty of parking. I loved their cozy lounge space that was perfect for our late night chats. The room had some nice extra space.

Hotel overbooked so glad we checked in early. Otherwise everything was great

Our room was dirty and the sink was plugged when we got in. It was so late though we just slept on our own blankets on top of the beds. Also there was an issue with payment not being applied even when we had paid months ago. The staff though handled things with grace, understanding, and professionally.

Front desk knew both blinds didn’t close completely (about 12-15 inches open at the bottom let in street lights and morning light) and gave us that room anyway. Phone in room didn’t work either so we had to travel three stories to communicate with front desk. When we reported blind issue, front desk said “oh yeah I’ve put in two work orders for that.” And “is the phone plugged in?” Offered 2 Queen beds instead of king, no solution for phone. My husband is tall, we only book king rooms. If their last king wasn’t functional, they shouldn’t have advertised it, and pulled us in late at night when we just needed to sleep in darkness, not go looking for another king bed.

I stay here occasionally when traveling. Very comfortable. Great breakfast. Had to wait in line quite a while to check in but otherwise great experience

Great place, but we choose it for the breakfast which was... non-existent. Little signs saying no coffee and no waffle/pancake batter, no hot food (bins remained empty for at least 30 minutes before we got McDonald's up the road), one sad little English muffin sitting there. There was a stressed looking employee who kept walking thru the area to use phone at front desk, perhaps someone called in sick and he was just trying to manage the breakfast debacle unfolding before everyone's eyes. Great little convenience counter with interesting selection of sundries. I'd stay there again if they can crack that breakfast code.

Location, friendly staff, clean.
