If definitely stay again!

The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The hotel is pet friendly. However, we stayed here 1 week ago and then last night. A week ago I noticed lots of dog poop that some pet owner(s) did not pick up. A week later, it was still there in the same spot. The bushes along the walk from the back door to the dog area need to be cut back so they don't stick people (like men). And the area across from the dog area needs to be swept - there is tons of garbage all over the floor. I thought we were in NY due to how filthy it was.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff. You could tell the hotel was older but it was clean and in good condition. Good variety for breakfast. And comfortable beds.

The hotel was nice but the heated pool wasn’t 85 like staff reported to me during reservations. There was a switch plate missing on an outlet next to the bed which we reported to front desk. We loved the cookie and coffee station ❤️

The hotel was clean, the staff was great and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, there was plenty to eat and the waffles and coffee were delicious.

Dangerous parking lot, snow & ice. Uncleared or taken care of. Hotel room heat thermostat was coming off the wall & the heat/AC element was coming apart. Bed was far too firm.

Hot tub not working and difficult to find. Not central location as the name implies. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was nice and friendly.

Couldn't get the TV to work in our room and no ice on 5th floor ice machine.

beware $75 pet free for one small hypoallergenic dog or bring the whole pack. All rooms pet friendly and ours sure showed it. Leaky shower with gross grout. Bed super uncomfortable.

Room was immaculate, comfortable, easily accessible, spacious and comfortable. Nice variety for breakfast, great seating, outstanding staff..
