Great experience

Very good proximity to Lambeau Field — you can actually see it from the parking lot. We were only provided 2 towels for a 3 night stay. Room cleanliness was an issue but the bed was fine and we didn’t spend much time in the room. Continental breakfast was convenient and what you’d expect.

Pretty run down. Sliding glass door wouldn’t close (glad it wasn’t snowing we would have had snow in our room), paint was peeling everywhere. Pretty sure nothing had been updated from the 80’s. Staff was really friendly. Only stayed there because of the draft. Was not impressed with the property.

Only stayed one night, but it would be perfect for a longer stay! Clean, quiet, would stay again!

Nice staff

Very disappointed, place was dirty and dingy. The online pictures on Expedia are not by far an accurate representation of the place. Cleaniness at an all time low and can't believe Hawthorn is affiliated with this establishment. Embarrassing situation as I booked three rooms for family gathering and they all the same way. Disgusting to say the least. Only positive note, front desk staff was pleasant!!

When arriving in our room we had NO bathroom linens, no linens for the sofa sleeper, heat had to be set at 80 to be 70, entrance door lock was broken, no hot water. When brought to the attention of the front desk which was in a completely different building all they had to say was “we are short staffed” well I work in a hotel that is short staffed and only has three housekeepers to 60 rooms and we always provide a clean room with ALL linens. Oh I forgot the toilet was also plugged and wouldn’t even flush urine. This hotel stay was the worse stay ever highly recommend to keep driving. We ended up leaving a day early because the noise, lack of heat, uncomfortable bed, lack of hot water and the other”guests who look unsavory (which may be just an appearance issue) we just felt this wasn’t an appropriate place for our 11 year old autistic child. As a Wyndham I expected better. This place should have there Wyndham flag pulled. Do better!!!

My room had not been cleaned in a way that would meet satisfactory conditions it was below below average to poor. There were still items in the room from the previous visitors a shoe box and a bag with a receipt stuffed near the bed and dirty socks there was no spring on the toilet roll dispenser so there for there were two to three half used toilet paper rolls laying around one was on the floor one was behind the toilet and one was over by the sink the sink was filthy it had not been cleaned when you open the closet the pillows are supposed to be kept in a plastic zip bag and they were out of the bag and had an order to them that filled the closet air and there were no towels or washcloths or hand towels in the first floor bathroom also it looked like mold growing in the coffee maker I had taken it apart and soaked it and decided I couldn't use it

From the parking lot it was slightly disappointing. As I walked up the sidewalk to my room, parts of the exterior were ripped off and lying on the ground. Inside, the furniture was stained, the walls were damaged and dirty. The bathroom cabinets were broken and had doors hanging off their hinges. I was afraid to check any closets or to peel back the shower curtain. I request a refund and did not stay the night. Regardless, I ended up having to pay for a full night even though I didn’t stay.

Pros: Clean bed linens & towels Quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash Working fireplace Lots of space Easy check-in & check-out Cons: Buildings in disrepair (worn wood on steps, pieces of trim falling off, broken clock, very loud bathroom fan, doors coming off tracks, all drains backed up, etc) Very dirty (reeked like weed, used plunger outside door, visible trash on floor and in cabinets, ceiling fan loaded with dust) Hotels.com is not allowing me to add photos, but I have plenty.

This was our 2nd time staying here. 1st time was ok. This stay was a big disappointment. The room wasnt vacuumed, carpet was full of salt from the sidewalks to melt he snow. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, tub wasn't thoroughly cleaned since there was hair in it. No extra linens for the pull out sofa bed. Went to talked to the attendent on duty and doesn't seem the personal was concerned at all.

Great hotel! Breakfast was really good, the room was clean and very large. There was ice outside the door that should've been cleaned up, along with the garbage in the bins outside the door.

It was a nice stay

Penthouse is spacious. Dislikes: Rooms are supposed to be smoke free. 1st room had cigarette residual smell with a missing ceiling fan and blades full of dust. 2nd room had strong cigarette smoke smell! Finally 3rd room was better with smell. Staff was nice but appeared shocked that staff didn't report. Bathroom on main floor had a ceiling fan/vent cover hanging from one nail. By the second night, the cover fell off. No additional linens for the sofabed. My child had to walk to the office through the Wisconsin January cold to get linens and pillows as these are separate buildings from the check-in office. The pillows should be replaced as they are lumpy and overused. The head end of the mattress of the sofabed had to have the sofa cushions placed beneath them so the mattress would stay in place. The next morning, the mattress wouldn't fold up because of a loose a piece of hardware and prevented it from folding up. Maintenance had to be called to fold it back in. The coffee pot was dirty. I had to wash it out before using it, only to find out the coffee pot didn't even work. It lit up when plugged in but the power button was not working properly. The lightbulb above the kitchen table was dead. There were hairs from previous customers in the upstairs sink. Eww! Just because the rooms have high ceilings doesn't mean the spider webs should be ignored. Regardless of anyone's review, if people need a place to stay and this place is an option, they'll book regardless.

My room had bed bugs which resulted me and my family leaving. After having to pay $100.00 for the room and a $200.00 deposit for amenities which used to be $50.00, I just wasn’t impressed. I was able to get a full refund though which I appreciated very much!

Condition of property, dirty

The staff were super friendly, the location was perfectly close to everything. The room was ok. Definitely could have used a deep clean. Stains on the curtains, Murphy bed headboard was broke. Stains on the carpet and back of couch. Left over food and a drink behind the tv. The beds were the worse part. They were hard as a rock. Barley slept. Prices triple during game season.

I would not recommend this place.Clerk was rude, and not helpful at all. Smell was terrible- like pet urine. Kitchen was dirty, floors were dirty, vents look like there is mold coming through them, the filter screen in kitchen is held together by one screw so you can see inside and the filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in years. As soon as we checked in a message was sent to my phone asking if we needed anything. We had zero toilet paper so I asked for someone to bring some to our room. No response. When I went to the front desk to ask for some- the desk person acted as if me asking for it was an inconvenience. I would NEVER stay here again!

We didn’t even end up staying there. We drove all the way home instead. The conditions of the room were so gross and the beds were all un-made. We had to go get sheets from the front desk, which were stained and dirty.
