Smelled of smoke, dishes were dirty, bed was sunken, fridge was filthy, no toaster, breakfast was horrible & gone fast but they didnt restock, one pan one skillet for kitchen, no cooking utensils, no eating utensils, housekeeping didnt come, advised workers of issues said manager contact me never did, reached out to hotels.com which they contacted hotel to be told hotel won't compensate for issues since didnt mention it upon checkout but already mentioned during stay several times to no avail. Horrible all the way around from the room cleanliness, functionality, customer service, them takibg accountability for it all, just awful.

Would not recommend, staff can barely speak any English. If you want to live in the USA, speak our language or go back to where you come from!

I didn't like too much of nothing, these hotels are not well kept up and the outside doors nasty, elevator, floors, not too clean and lazy cleaning staff. Kitchen staff awful, I rate this hotel poorly.

My boyfriend and i stayed here and it was great! comfy bed, clean bathroom.

Room floor so dirty, room has mold smell. We had to buy febreze spray for room, bathroom so dirty, toilet bowl moving, shower curtain smell so bad, bed sheets smell like "wet smell". Sofa in the room smell so bad and has dirty spots. Carpet in hallway sooo dirty. Kitchen old smell bad, one stove only worked which has to adjusted to work. Everything is so dirty inside. There's no one cleaning, no housekeeping, we had to ask for towels. Not worth money that we paid at all. This hotel is so dirty, I almost wanted to cry. Elevator so dirty and bad smell. This is unacceptable!

Run down but good location

The rooms were very clean, quiet, and the A/C worked and was very cold. The carpet in the hallways could be changed as you can tell that they should be cleaner but looked like black oil was used on the carpets.

Great place to stay

This property has tremendous POTENTIAL. In the pros column, the bed was very confortable. The hot water and pressure in the shower was great. The new counter and backlit mirror in the bathroom was very nice. The gal who checked us in was friendly and helpful. And that's where the pros end. Every surface - door handles, doorways, switchplates, glass in doors, chairs, light figtures - was gross. This is nothing some Clorox wipes couldn't fix. The hallways all needed some fresh paint, and the hall carpets were disgusting. We went to the lobby for (bare bones) breakfast on Saturday, and while we sat at our sticky table, the front desk girl put up signs on the doors leading out to the pool that the pool wouldn't open until 10:30. We asked her why, but she was too busy listening to her ear buds to even acknowledge us. She put the signs up around the pool also, but couldn't be bothered to pick up any pool toys, straighten out the chairs, or otherwise make any effort to, I don't know, CLEAN THE PLACE UP. Getting to our third floor was flipping a coin - take the stairs, which were dirty and gross, or the elevator, which was also VERY gross (how much effort would it take to WASH A WALL?). As my husband said, "There were probably victims in here." As I said, this place has great potential - good location, rooms that could be nice if anyone put more than a minimal amount of effort into sprucing them up. And no housekeeping. Fortunately we were only there two nights.

I have always enjoyed staying at this location and have never really had any complaints except that there’s no housekeeping on the weekends at all. Guests have to personally bring dirty linens to front desk to retrieve clean linens and I noticed this stay that there was very limited/few breakfast and beverage options. There used to be more variety.

Worker bullied me while eating breakfast

So this was mine and my husband's first time staying at this motel. The rooms are just like pictured. The bed is so comfortable. The staff was very nice. We werent supposed to check in till 4 but our room was already ready so she let us go ahead and check in early. The breakfast was good. They do close it at 900 o so be there before 8. And the pillows did suck so you may want to take your own. The only issue we had was the pillows. We will definitely be staying here again.
