Great room, bed, bathroom, dining, and bar on site. Only issue was the shower was cold at 6:30 am. Next morning took a shower at 5 am but was only luke warm. Would come back except the shower.

I like that it is close to a lot of activities and areas you would want to see in Lewiston like the river, downtown, and wineries. The breakfast is a nice feature.
The hotel is pretty loud on the side facing the intersection below but there is not much you can do about this. It would be nice if the pool was heated and functional in the winter.

The upholstered chair in the room was without a foot stool and fabric was very dirty and should’ve been replaced;
breakfast buffet was mediocre. Pancakes were so hard and dry you could not cut them; hours for buffet should have been extended to 10 am to accommodate vacationers who want to sleep in; there was no in room info regarding hotel amenities or a map; guest laundry not available because washing machine was broken; we would not stay at this hotel again

Nice hotel, good location but my tv remote wouldnt work, the floor lamp had a chewed up wire so that wouldnt work and is a hazard, the website wasnt updated and no information on the hotel in general other than the website that wasnt accurate.

If you advertise an indoor pool, you better have an indoor pool. We based our reservation on the fact the ad said the hotel had an indoor pool. It did NOT say the indoor pool was located at another facility (an athletic club) and that we would need to go to the front desk to get a guest pass. That is NOT an indoor pool located ON SITE. Based on this deceptive practice, I or my family, will not be using Hells Canyon Grand again.

The hotel itself is good, not new, but clean. The room and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. You have a couple of options for eating and for entertainment. The one thing I would definitely make note of is, hey say they have an indoor pool, but they do NOT. What they don't tell you is they have access to a athletic facilities indoor pool next door. Plus it's also worth noting that the athletic facility doesn't really appreciate them sending people over to use the pool. We specifically picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool, and we that told our granddaughter that we were going to be training together while we were in town visiting them. So this was a pretty big disappointments.

Rooms are fairly nice/updated. We had a very bad experience with noisy people in the halls past midnight. I don't understand why they would put us in a room across from a crowd of what appeared to be teenagers!! - Really? Not very considerate. The Pool area out back could be really nice but is seriously lacking in maintenance and is very run down looking. The hot tub is running during the winter but I didn't even use it...Continental Breakfast experience was above average though.
