The A/C didnt work properly at the location and the front desk was completely unprofessional.
Not only that but they were incredibly rude about their hidden 40 dollars a night parking fee.

Hidden fees when using 3rd party to expect are $40 daily parking or $60 daily valet parking. $75 a night incidental fee. Love the view and basketball court options.

Good property but the noise from the outside vehicle is very annoying day and night. For some reason the widow are old enough and not meeting the noise barrier threshold

The parking is a rip off the dirty ppl
Standing outside the hotel it’s dirty the staff was nice but the atmosphere of the homeless ppl killed that not save too walk around I don’t recommend this place or any place downtown Atlanta

The room is good but we had problems with them charging us 3 times several confusing amounts that were not the same as our stay. I went to the front desk several times and until now I'm trying to resolve the problem because they're still charging my bank! No one at the front desk knows what's going on. I'm very upset because what was supposed to be a good vacation has turned into a headache.

Like I told you guys for the six time for the first 24 hours I had cold water in my room. I was offered Hilton reward points of 15,000. I don’t want Hilton‘s money. I wanted service.

The hotel was super nice and had an incredible view of the city! Self parking was easy and was able to check in and out with no problems. Only note is that the shower in the room was an open shower, which did make the bathroom floor wet. Food options were okay, no free breakfast sadly. I would definitely stay here again!
