Hilton Boston Park Plaza

I’ve stayed here a few times, it’s good! They upgraded my room size for free which was nice but there as a dirty towel in my room. The room wasn’t super clean but it was fine. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was very good! But the service was slow. After about 12 minutes of waiting for a spoon, my ice cream was melting so I had to go find one.

Great location, solid hotel. Had a superior queen with 2 beds and it was fine but the bathroom was quite small and didn’t have a ventilation fan/heat lamp and the tub had seen better days. Light switch outside the bathroom. The mattresses were just ok and sheets were a bit scratchy. Quiet 8th floor room however and amazing location right near Boston Gardens and Boston Commons. Starbucks in the lobby was a great option for breakfast. Would recommend if you are looking for a solid, centrally located option. I would book again.

The bath tube needed an update with peeling floor throughout. There is a $50 service fee to check in early.

For the age of hotel it was great. The bathroom is really small when you are a couple and need to get ready to go out. Nice to be able to go down to lobby area for breakfast or drinks in the evening. Check in was amazing. Room cleanliness was good just a bit of dust build up in corner areas. Felt secure as you had to use room key in elevator.

The staff is always amazing! The property is beautiful and comfortable and located in a great part of the city!

When we arrived at the room the toilet had urine in it and around the outside with dirty paper. We immediately notified the front desk and housekeeping. It was cleaned, however it was a horrible first impression. I felt that the room and bathroom were outdated and in poor condition for a hotel as expensive as this one. We went to have breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby and while they sat us promptly no one tended to us for a good 20 minutes so we left. All in all it was not a good experience. Would not stay there again. The only bright spot was Jerry the doorman who always had a smile and great suggestions for good restaurants in the area. Thank you Jerry for being so nice!

We stayed at the hotel during the world figure skating championships. It was convenient via the T to the venue and convenient to walk to the many historic sites, including the Freedom Trail. Our room was clean and quiet. My only small gripe is that breakfast wasn't included, but a $15 per day discount made it affordable.

Staff was responsive and helpful.

The beds at this hotel are not very comfortable, they’re very hard and not very luxurious. Bathrooms also very small.
