Great location easily accessible to Boston Public Gardens, Beacon Hill and Newbury Street; staff at every friendly and helpful; I booked a Suite but the AC in the lounge did not work and the Toilet flush did not work; no one answers the phone from room service or guest services; few items lost during housekeeping but returned/ found upon complaint. Front desk did waive some fees off the bill but I would have preferred a better experience. This was a special trip for me.

My room was tiny. The shower was filthy. They had me staying on separate floors from my other guest. The furniture was something from a 1970’s classroom. There was construction below my window all night. When I went to get a credit for a room they moved me to they said they can’t do that only Expedia can because Expedia booked the room. After they changed rooms on me to a queen bed from a king bed. Nobody in the hotel knew the area. Long line to talk to the desk. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The location is unbeatable—everything you need is just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the amenities were great. Although the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, we were able to upgrade to a larger one, which made a huge difference in our comfort

The rooms are painfully small and in need of updating. It was nearly impossible to maneuver around the room.

Paint in bathtub pealing. While room did not front a busy street and was located on the 5th floor, super noisy and hard to sleep. Limited restaurant options. Super small bathroom with no electric outlet. Friendly staff who tried to be helpful. Block from Boston Commons. Near T stop. Shy bathtub, clean room:)
