Everyone was very helpful and friendly . The bathroom is very small. No counter space. Very good location and walkable to major restaurants and shopping. Very close to the train.

The Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was okay, the bathroom was very small and not very clean. I don't think I would stay there again.

I liked how close everything was, the room was average, nothing super special, the elevators seemed pretty old and rickety. Overal wasn’t a bad stay for just a night

The hotel was acceptable Nothing particularly special and rather loud. I will probably stay there again because of convenance to a location i need to be- but that would be the only reason I'd stay there Not somewhere I'd be particularly excited to stay again just very average

The room is very small and ancient old. Not even working desk available. My lower back hurts after several days stay here.
Location may be good but there are other better options available nearby, I'm sure.

Great location easily accessible to Boston Public Gardens, Beacon Hill and Newbury Street; staff at every friendly and helpful; I booked a Suite but the AC in the lounge did not work and the Toilet flush did not work; no one answers the phone from room service or guest services; few items lost during housekeeping but returned/ found upon complaint. Front desk did waive some fees off the bill but I would have preferred a better experience. This was a special trip for me.

My room was tiny. The shower was filthy. They had me staying on separate floors from my other guest. The furniture was something from a 1970’s classroom. There was construction below my window all night. When I went to get a credit for a room they moved me to they said they can’t do that only Expedia can because Expedia booked the room. After they changed rooms on me to a queen bed from a king bed. Nobody in the hotel knew the area. Long line to talk to the desk. Worst hotel experience of my life.
